The background of IEAB’s the Establishment 

Some Engineers working in industrial establishments / non-government organization / private sector came together to form a messenger group called “Let’s Speak for Justice” for the purpose of setting up a platform / institution / parent organization for the engineers working in these sectors to talk about all the inequalities to ensure fair demands, rights, advantages and disadvantages, welfare and elimination of inequalities of engineers working in these sectors.

Once upon a time, a strong platform is built up to protest against injustice in eliminating inequality, fair rights, demands, advantages and disadvantages of engineers working in private and industrial establishments / private sector through this “Let’s speak for justice” messenger group. Next IEAB (Industrial Engineers Association of Bangladesh) was born from the path of truth and justice through this platform.

So, IEAB as history. This messenger group is also history. Therefore, to make this group accessible, IEAB officials will maintain this group centrally. As IEAB shall live through the ages, Likewise, this group will live on with this name for ages.  This group name will never be changed. The IEAB family is determined to keep this platform and history alive forever.

আইইএবি প্রতিষ্ঠার পটভুমি

প্রাইভেট ও শিল্প প্রিতিষ্ঠান / বেসরকারী খাতে কর্মরত প্রকৌশলীদের ন্যায্য দাবী, অধিকার, সুবিধা ও অসুবিধা, কল্যাণ এবং বৈষম্য দূরীকরণের লক্ষ্যে এই সকল সেক্টরে কর্মরত প্রকৌশলীদের সমস্ত বৈষম্য নিয়ে কথা বলার জন্য একটি প্ল্যাটফর্ম / মঞ্চ / প্রতিষ্ঠান / অভিভাবক সংগঠন দাঁড় করানোর উদ্দেশ্যে এই সেক্টরের কর্মরত কিছু প্রকৌশলীরা একত্রিত হয়ে “আসুন ন্যায়ের পক্ষে কথা বলি” নামে একটি মেসেঞ্জার গ্রুপ তৈরী করেন।

এই “আসুন ন্যায়ের পক্ষে কথা বলি” মেসেঞ্জার গ্রুপের মাধ্যমে একটা সময় প্রাইভেট ও শিল্প প্রিতিষ্ঠান / বেসরকারী খাতে কর্মরত প্রকৌশলীদের ন্যায্য অধিকার, দাবী, সুবিধা ও অসুবিধা, বৈষম্য দূরীকরণে অন্যায়ের প্রতিবাদ করার একটি শক্ত প্ল্যাটফর্ম তৈরী হয়। পরবর্তীতে এই প্ল্যাটফর্মের মাধ্যমে সত্য ও ন্যায়ের পথে থেকে আইইএবি এর জন্ম হয়।

তাই, আইইএবি যেমন ইতিহাস। এই মেসেঞ্জার গ্রুপটাও তেমনি ইতিহাস। এইজন্য এই গ্রুপটাকে স্বরণীয় করে রাখতে, আইইএবি এর দায়িত্বশীলগণ কেন্দ্রীয়ভাবে এই গ্রুপটাকে সংরক্ষণ করবেন‌। আইইএবি যেমন বেঁচে থাকবে যুগের পর যুগ, তেমনি এই গ্রুপটাও এই নামেই বেঁচে থাকবে যুগের পর যুগ। এই গ্রুপের নাম কখনো পরিবর্তন করা হবে না। এই প্ল্যাটফর্ম ও ইতিহাসটাকে সবসময় চিরস্বরণীয় করে রাখতে আইইএবি পরিবার বদ্ধপরিকর থাকবে।
