Procedure to Become a Member

1. Must apply for membership using the prescribed application form of the organization and pay the application fee. Application can be done either directly or online.
2. All required documents should be attached with the application form. Incomplete and imperfect applications will be considered rejected.
3. The application form for becoming a member should have the recommendation of two existing members of IEAB (signature with name, membership number for physical application). Proposers must be Associate Members, Members, or Fellows.
4. In case of direct application:
   The application form for becoming a member should have the recommendation of two existing members of IEAB (signature with name, membership number, mobile number).
5. In case of online application:
   As an identifier, the name, membership number, mobile number, and email (if any) of two existing members of IEAB (who know you) should be written in the allocated place of the online application form.
   The proposers/identifiers must be Associate Members, Members, or Fellows.
6. In case of becoming a member for the first time, a one-time annual subscription of one year has to be paid. The amount of monthly/annual subscription will be as per the type of membership. However, in case of membership renewal, it can be renewed for a period as desired, but not less than one year.
   In case of renewal, the first month will be counted from the month following the expiry of the membership period. There will be no provision of monthly subscription. The subscription will be collected annually. Annual means the year “July to June”.
7. In case of obtaining lifetime membership, a one-time payment of the prescribed annual subscription of twelve years according to the type of membership has to be paid.
8. On the recommendation of any member of the National Steering Committee/Presidium Member/National Council, with the approval of the Central Executive Committee, you will be included as a member of IEAB.
9. After becoming a member of IEAB, every member will be given a unique/uniform membership number as per the type of membership. For example: AM-01, M-01, and F-01, etc. However, virtual members will not have any membership number.

কিভাবে সদস্যপদ পেতে হয়?

1. সদস্যপদ পেতে হলে সংগঠনের নির্ধারিত আবেদন ফরমে (আবেদন ফি পরিশোধ করে) আবেদন করতে হবে। আবেদন সরাসরি/অনলাইনে দুইভাবেই করা যাবে।
2. আবেদন পত্রের সাথে চাহিত সকল ডকুমেন্ট সংযুক্ত করতে হবে। অসম্পূর্ণ ও ক্রটিপূর্ণ্য আবেদন বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে।
3. সদস্য হওয়ার জন্য আবেদন ফরমে আইইএবি-এর বিদ্যমান ০২ (দুই) জন সদস্যের প্রস্তাবনা থাকতে হবে (নাম, সদস্য নম্বর, মোবাইল নম্বর সহ স্বাক্ষর নিতে হবে)। প্রস্তাবনাকারীদেরকে অবশ্যই সহযোগী সদস্য (Associate Member)/সদস্য (Member) অথবা ফেলো (Fellow) হতে হবে।
4. সরাসরি আবেদনের ক্ষেত্রেঃ সদস্য হওয়ার জন্য আবেদন ফরমে আইইএবি-এর বিদ্যমান ০২ (দুই) জন সদস্যের প্রস্তাবনা থাকতে হবে (নাম, সদস্য নম্বর, মোবাইল নম্বর সহ স্বাক্ষর নিতে হবে)।
5. অনলাইন আবেদনের ক্ষেত্রেঃ পরিচিতি হিসাবে; যারা আপনাকে চিনে আইইএবি-এর বিদ্যমান এমন ০২ (দুই) জন সদস্যের নাম, মেম্বারশীপ নাম্বার, মোবাইল নাম্বার এবং ই-মেইল (যদি থাকে) আবেদন ফরমের নির্ধারিত স্থানে লিখতে হবে। প্রস্তাবনাকারীদেরকে অবশ্যই সহযোগী সদস্য (Associate Member)/সদস্য (Member) অথবা ফেলো (Fellow) হতে হবে।
6. প্রথমবার সদস্য হওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে ০১ (এক) বছরের এককালীন বার্ষিক চাঁদা প্রদান করতে হবে। মাসিক/বাৎসরিক চাঁদার টাকার পরিমাণ সদস্যতার ধরণ অনুযায়ী হবে। তবে সদস্যতা নবায়ণের ক্ষেত্রে ইচ্ছে অনুযায়ী মেয়াদের জন্য নবায়ন করা যাবে। তবে ০১ (এক) বছরের কম নবায়ন করা যাবে না। নবায়নের ক্ষেত্রে সদস্যতার মেয়াদ শেষ হওয়ার পরের মাস থেকে প্রথম মাস হিসাবে গণনা হবে। কোন মাসিক চাঁদা প্রদানের ব্যবস্থা থাকবে না। চাঁদা বাৎসরিক ভাবে আদায় করা হবে। বাৎসরিক অর্থ বৎসর হবে: “জুলাই হতে জুন মাস”।
7. আজীবন সদস্যতা অর্জনের ক্ষেত্রে সদস্যতার ধরণ অনুযায়ী এককালীন ১২ (বার) বছরের নির্ধারিত বাৎসরিক চাঁদা প্রদান করতে হবে।
8. জাতীয় স্টিয়ারিং কমিটি/প্রেসিডিয়াম সদস্যর/জাতীয় কাউন্সিল এর যেকোন একজন সদস্যের সুপারিশক্রমে কেন্দ্রীয় নির্বাহী কমিটির অনুমোদনক্রমে আইইএবি এর সদস্য হিসাবে অন্তর্ভুক্ত হইবেন।
9. আইইএবি-এর সদস্য হওয়ার পর প্রত্যেক সদস্যকে সদস্যতার ধরণ অনুযায়ী ইউনিক / অভিন্ন মেম্বারশীপ নাম্বার দেওয়া হবে। উদাহরণস্বরপঃ AM-01, M-01 এবং F-01 ইত্যাদি। তবে, ভার্চ্যুয়াল সদস্য (Virtual Member) দের কোন মেম্বারশীপ নাম্বার থাকবে না।
