How to get membership
Procedure to Become a member
- Application for membership must be made in the prescribed application form of the organization (by paying the application fee). Application can be done directly / online in two ways.
- All required documents should be attached with the application form. Incomplete and faulty applications will be considered rejected.
- In case of direct application: –
The application form for becoming a member should have the recommendation of 02 (two) existing members of IEAB (signature with name, membership number, mobile number).
In case of online application: –
As an identifier; Name, membership number, mobile number and e-mail (if any) of 02 (two) existing members of IEAB (who know you) should be written in the allocated place of the online application form.
The Proposers / identifiers must be Associate Members/Member or Fellow.
- After the verification of the application, if approved to become a member of IEAB, monthly / annual subscription has to be paid at the prescribed rate.
- In case of becoming a member for the first time, the membership should be taken for at least 01 (one) year and the annual subscription should be paid in one time for the number of years for which membership is applied for [For the number of years applying for membership, the annual subscription for that year has to be paid in one time]. The amount of monthly/annual subscription will be as per the type of membership. There will be no provision of monthly subscription. The subscription will be collected annually. The date of joining shall be reckoned from 01st of the month in which a person is nominated as a member of IEAB by Central Decision. For the number of years, a person will take membership or for the number of years a member renews membership; Membership calculation will start from the date of joining as a member. Membership must be renewed at the end of the term. However, in case of membership renewal, it can be renewed for a period as desired. However, it cannot be renewed for less than 01 (one) year. In case of renewal, the first month will be counted from the month following the expiry of the membership period. However, in the financial accounting of the organization, the annual meaning will be the year “July to June”.
- In case of obtaining lifetime membership, one-time annual subscription of 12 (twelve) years has to be paid according to the type of membership.
- In case of migration/change of Membership; Life Members will pay migration fee as per their membership type or category. For example: Migration from Life Member to Life Fellow subject to eligibility. There is no migration fee for migrating other memberships except for Lifetime Members. If you want to migrate your membership as per eligibility at the time of membership renewal, renewal and migration will be done simultaneously by paying the prescribed monthly/annual fee as per type / category of the migrated / Migration-expected membership. For example: Membership renewal and migration from Member to Fellow subject to eligibility.
- In case of donor membership; subject to donation a prescribed amount of money to IEAB family, can get membership of IEAB as donor or patron Member. Tenure of Donor or Patron members shall be at least 03 (three) years or its multiple i.e., Membership can be taken for a minimum of 03 (three) years on a one-time donation.
- An applicant shall be inducted as a member of IEAB on the recommendation of any member of the National Steering Committee / Presidium Member / National Council with the approval of the Central Executive Committee.
- After becoming a member of IEAB, each member will be assigned a unique / uniform membership number according to the type of membership. For example: AM-0001, M-0001, P-0001 and F-0001 etc.
কিভাবে সদস্যপদ পেতে হয়?
সদস্য হওয়ার পদ্ধতি
১। মেম্বারশীপের জন্য সংগঠনের নির্ধারিত আবেদন ফরমে ( আবেদন ফি পরিশোধ করে ) আবেদন করতে হবে। আবেদন সরাসরি / অনলাইনে দুইভাবেই করা যাবে ।
২। আবেদন পত্রের সাথে চাহিত সকল ডকুমেন্ট সংযুক্ত করতে হবে। অসম্পূর্ণ ও ক্রটিপূর্ণ্য আবেদন বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে।
৩। সরাসরি আবেদনের ক্ষেত্রেঃ-
সদস্য হওয়ার জন্য আবেদন ফরমে আইইএবি এর বিদ্যমান ০২ (দুই) জন সদস্যের প্রস্তাবনা থাকতে হবে (নাম, সদস্য নম্বর, মোবাইল নম্বর সহ স্বাক্ষর নিতে হবে)।
অনলাইন আবেদনের ক্ষেত্রেঃ-
পরিচিতি হিসেবে ;যারা আপনাকে চিনে আইইএবি এর বিদ্যমান এমন ০২ (দুই) জন সদস্যের নাম, মেম্বারশীপ নাম্বার, মোবাইল নাম্বার এবং ই-মেইল ( যদি থাকে) আবেদন ফরমের নির্ধারিত স্থানে লিখতে হবে।
প্রস্তাবনাকারীদেরকে / পরিচিয় নিশ্চিতকারীদেরকে অবশ্যই সহযোগী সদস্য (Associate Member) / সদস্য (Member) অথবা ফেলো (Fellow) হতে হবে ।
৪। আবেদন যাচাই-বাছাই শেষে আইইএবি এর সদস্য হওয়ার জন্য মঞ্জুর হলে নির্ধারিত হারে মাসিক / বাৎসরিক চাঁদা প্রদান করতে হবে ।
৫। প্রথমবার সদস্য হওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে কমপক্ষে ০১ (এক) বৎসরের জন্য মেম্বারশীপ/সদস্যতা নিতে হবে এবং যত বৎসরের জন্য মেম্বারশীপ গ্রহণের আবেদন করবে, তত বৎসরের বাৎসরিক চাঁদা এককালীন পরিশোধ করতে হবে। মাসিক / বাৎসরিক চাঁদার টাকার পরিমাণ সদস্যতার ধরণ অনুযায়ী হবে। কোন মাসিক চাঁদা প্রদানের ব্যবস্থা থাকবে না। চাঁদা বাৎসরিক ভাবে আদায় করা হবে । কেন্দ্রীয় সিদ্ধান্তের মাধ্যমে একজন ব্যক্তি যে মাস থেকে আইইএবি এর সদস্য হিসেবে মনোনীত হবে, সেই মাসের ০১ তারিখ থেকে যোগদানের তারিখ হিসাব করা হবে। একজন ব্যক্তি যত বৎসরের জন্য মেম্বারশীপ/সদস্যতা গ্রহণ করবে বা একজন সদস্য যত বৎসরের জন্য মেম্বারশীপ/সদস্যতা নবায়ণ করবে; সদস্য হিসেবে যোগদানের তারিখ থেকে / নবায়ণের তারিখ থেকে সদস্যতার হিসাব গণনা শুরু হবে। মেয়াদ শেষে নতুন করে মেম্বারশীপ নবায়ণ করতে হবে। তবে সদস্যতা নবায়ণের ক্ষেত্রে ইচ্ছে অনুযায়ী মেয়াদের জন্য নবায়ন করা যাবে। তবে ০১ (এক) বৎসরের কম নবায়ন করা যাবে না। নবায়নের ক্ষেত্রে সদস্যতার মেয়াদ শেষ হওয়ার পরের মাস থেকে প্রথম মাস হিসেবে গণনা হবে। তবে সংগঠনের আর্থিক হিসাব-নিকাশের ক্ষেত্রে বাৎসরিক অর্থ বৎসর হবে “জুলাই হতে জুন মাস“।
৬। আজীবন সদস্যতা অর্জনের ক্ষেত্রে সদস্যতার ধরণ অনুযায়ী এককালীন ১২ (বার) বৎসরের নির্ধারিত বাৎসরিক চাঁদা প্ররিশোধ করতে হবে।
৭। আজীবন সদস্যরা তাদের সদস্যতার ধরন বা ক্যাটাগরি মাইগ্রেশন/পরিবর্তন করার ক্ষেত্রে নির্ধারিত পরিমান মাইগ্রেশন ফি পরিশোধ করতে হবে। উদাহরণস্বরূপঃ যোগ্যতা সাপেক্ষে আজীবন সদস্য থেকে আজীব ফেলো’তে মাইগ্রেশন। আজীবন সদস্যতা ছাড়া অন্যান্য সদস্যতা মাইগ্রেশন করার ক্ষেত্রে কোন মাইগ্রেশন ফি লাগবে না। সদস্যতা নবায়ণ করার সময় যোগ্যতা অনুযায়ী সদস্যতা মাইগ্রেশন করতে চাইলে মাইগ্রেশনকৃত/মাইগ্রেশন প্রত্যাশী সদস্যতার ধরণ/ ক্যাটাগরি অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত মাসিক/বাৎসরিক ফি দিয়ে নবায়ন করলেই নবায়ণ এবং মাইগ্রেশন একসাথে হয়ে যাবে। উদাহরণস্বরূপঃ সদস্যতা নবায়ান এবং যোগ্যতা সাপেক্ষে সদস্য থেকে ফেলো’তে মাইগ্রেশন।
৮। দাতা সদস্য হওযার ক্ষেত্রে আইইএবি পরিবারে নির্ধারিত পরিমাণ টাকা দান করা সাপেক্ষে দাতা বা পৃষ্টপোষক সদস্য হিসেবে আইইএবি এর সদস্যতা লাভ করতে পারবে। দাতা বা পৃষ্টপোষক সদস্যদের মেয়াদ কমপক্ষে ০৩ (তিন) বৎসর হবে বা এর গুনিতিক হবে অর্থ্যাৎ এককালীন দানে কমপক্ষে ০৩ (তিন) বছরের জন্য সদস্যতা গ্রহণ করা যাবে।
৯। জাতীয় স্টিয়ারিং কমিটি / প্রেসিডিয়াম সদস্যর / জাতীয় কাউন্সিল এর যেকোন একজন সদস্যের সুপারিশক্রমে কেন্দ্রীয় নির্বাহী কমিটির অনুমোদনক্রমে একজন আবেদনকারী আইইএবি এর সদস্য হিসেবে অন্তর্ভুক্ত হইবেন।
১০। আইইএবি-এর সদস্য হওয়ার পর প্রত্যেক সদস্যকে সদস্যতার ধরণ অনুযায়ী ইউনিক / অভিন্ন মেম্বারশীপ নাম্বার দেওয়া হবে। উদাহরণস্বরপঃ AM-01, M-01 এবং F-01 ইত্যাদি। তবে, ভার্চ্যুয়াল সদস্য (Virtual Member) দের কোন মেম্বারশীপ নাম্বার থাকবে না।
