The main goals and objectives of the Industrial Engineers Association of Bangladesh (IEAB) are as follows: –

• To build good relations and bonds between engineers. Total, art /To build an engineer family of engineers and engineer entrepreneurs working in private / non-government organizations.
• Assist in the employment of unemployed engineers in Bangladesh and equivalent- To ensure rights. Establish liaison / liaison with various industrial and private organizations to assist in employment.
• Industrial Engineers Association of Bangladesh (IEAB) Provide financial and humanitarian assistance from the IEAB’s welfare fund in the event of a major illness of a member or member’s family.
• Safety and health risks for engineers working in industrial establishments and private establishments And to take initiative to bring and implement a policy on accident medical expenses etc. Assist in rehabilitation from IEAB’s welfare fund.

• With the Association of Industrial Engineers from around the world Maintaining balance in engineering and technology knowledge of IEAB members and creating job opportunities in various industries / private organizations around the world by establishing bilateral relations and keeping pace with the world through bilateral agreements.
• Various universities, polytechnic institutes, science and technology of the country Making bilateral agreements to use labs of educational institutes / research institutes and to share technology knowledge.
• Technical knowledge among engineers working in various international industrial establishments, Creating opportunities to share experiences.
• Up-to-date information and knowledge of IEAB members regarding engineering and technology Working to increase engineering practice and professional skills with the aim of expansion.
• To enhance the skills of engineers and eliminate unemployment / Unemployed /Arranging practical training for beginners in each department. Establish training institutes on priority basis in each department in phases.
• Admission inequality in engineering subjects in government educational institutions / universities and The demand for increasing the number of seats in engineering educational institutions / universities to alleviate the problem of seat crisis or to establish more government engineering and technology universities to alleviate this problem.
• To work in coordination with all service oriented organizations in Bangladesh and To conduct the organization in accordance with all the laws of the state.

• In industrial establishments by International Labor Organization (ILO) Ensure implementation of approved National Labor Policy and (ILO) Labor Acts.

• During the 6 months apprenticeship period of new engineers in all industrial establishments Forcing the concerned organization to develop skilled engineers / manpower through appropriate training by the concerned organization and arranging self-technology training on behalf of IEAB.
