Dear Members,

Some engineers working in industrial establishments / private sector came together to form a messenger group called “Let’s Speak for Justice” for the purpose of setting up a platform / institution / parent organization for the engineers working in these sectors to talk about all the inequalities to ensure fair demands, rights, advantages and disadvantages, welfare and elimination of inequalities of engineers working in these sectors.

Once upon a time, a strong platform is built up to protest against injustice in eliminating inequality, fair rights, demands, advantages and disadvantages of engineers working in private and industrial establishments / private sector through this “Let’s speak for justice” messenger group. Next IEAB (Industrial Engineers Association of Bangladesh) was born from the path of truth and justice through this platform.

Currently, the Industrial Engineers Association of Bangladesh (IEAB) is a large professional body of engineers working in industrial and private sector.

IEAB is working to enrich the careers of engineers by developing the skills of engineers working in this sector.

This organization is working for the elimination of inequality of all the just rights, advantages and disadvantages of the professional engineers working in the industrial establishments / private institutions / private sector of angladesh and associated with the industrial establishments of Bangladesh.

IEAB has coordinated engineers working in public and private industries at engineering fields in Bangladesh.

Diploma and graduate engineers in all technologies of engineering technology from being associated with this organization as part of the same family & In tune with the world through their talents and labor has facilitated the use and application of modern technology in the industrial factories of the country.

In short, IEAB’s engineers working in the private and industrial sectors are working to play an important role in the country’s economy by ensuring the use of modern technology in the industrial sector through their talent, labor, and technical skills.
