আইইএবি-এর প্রচার-প্রচারণা, সাংগঠনিক কার্যক্রম, প্রশিক্ষণ, গবেষনা, উদ্ভাবন, শিক্ষা, বিজ্ঞান, প্রকৌশল, প্রযুক্তি সহ বিভিন্ন শিক্ষামূলক কার্যক্রম, উদ্যোগ ও পরিকল্পনা কার্যক্রম, অভ্যন্তরীণ এবং আন্তর্জাতিক সম্পর্ক উন্নয়ন, ইঞ্জিনিয়ারদের কর্ম জীবন সমৃদ্ধকরণ, দক্ষতা উন্নয়ন উন্নয়ন, পূনর্বাসন ও কল্যাণ, উদ্যোক্তা তৈরিকরণ, রক্তদান ও রক্তভান্ডার সমৃদ্ধকরণ সহ অন্যান্য সময়োপযোগী কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করতে অনলাইন তথ্য প্রযুক্তি মাধ্যমে প্রতিটা কার্যক্রম এর বিপরীতে একটা করে অনলাইন পোর্টাল (Portal) থাকবে। পোর্টালগুলো কেন্দ্রীয় নির্বাহী কমিটির সহযোগী পরিশাখা হিসেবে কেন্দ্রীয় নির্বাহী কমিটির সরাসরি তত্ত্বাবধানে পরিচালিত হবে। পোর্টালগুলো পরিচালনা করতে কেন্দ্রীয় নির্বাহী কমিটির অধীনে প্রতিটি পোর্টালের জন্য একটি করে কেন্দ্রীয়–উপ কমিটি থাকবে। পোর্টালগুলোর কেন্দ্রীয় কমিটির মেয়াদ হবে ০৩ (তিন) বৎসর। এই কমিটি মর্ষাদা হবে (ধারা ৪.১০ অনুযায়ী) কেন্দ্রীয় উপ-কমিটির সমমান। পোর্টালগুলোর কেন্দ্রীয় কমিটির বাহিরেও প্রতিটি পোর্টালের বিভাগীয় কমিটিও গঠন করা যাবে। পোর্টালগুলোর বিভাগীয় কমিটির মেয়াদ, পদ-পদবী রূপরেখা পোর্টালগুলোর কেন্দ্রীয় কমিটির অনুরূপ হবে।
উল্লেখ্য যে প্রতিটি পোর্টালে জাতীয় স্টিয়ারিং কমিটির একজন সদস্য সংশিষ্ট পোর্টালের পরিচালক (Director) হিসেবে দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত থাকবেন এবং প্রতিটি পোর্টালে জাতীয় প্রেসিডিয়াম কাউন্সিল এর একজন সদস্য কো-অর্ডিনেটর (Co-ordinator) হিসেবে দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত থাকবেন । জাতীয় স্টিয়ারিং কমিটির / কেন্দ্রীয় নির্বাহী কমিটির সভাপতি এবং সাধারণ সম্পাদক এর সম্মতিতে জাতীয় স্টিয়ারিং কমিটি এবং জাতীয় প্রেসিডিয়াম কাউন্সিল এর দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত দুজন সদস্য সংশিষ্ট পোর্টালের কমিটি গঠন সহ সার্বিক তত্ত্বাবধানে থাকবেন।
অনলাইন পোর্টাল / পরিশাখাগুলোর কেন্দ্রীয় নির্বাহী কমিটির অধীনে ১৫ (পনের) সদস্য বিশিষ্ট উপ–কমিটিগুলোর রূপরেখা নিন্মরূপঃ–
সভাপতি – ০১ জন
সহ-সভাপতি – ০৪ জন
সদস্য সচিব – ০১ জন
নির্বাহী সদস্য – ০৯ জন
Portal Committee, IEAB
various educational activities including IEAB’s publication-Publicity, organizational activities, training, research, innovation, education, science, engineering, technology, Initiatives and planning activities, development of internal and international relations as well as to conduct other timely activities including Engineers career Enrichment, skill development, rehabilitation and welfare, creation of entrepreneurship, enrichment of blood donation and blood bank; there will be an online portal against each activity through online information technology. The portals will be operated under the direct supervision of the Central Executive Committee as a subsidiary wing of the Central Executive Committee. There will be a central sub-committee for each portal under the central executive committee to manage the portals. The tenure of the central committee of the portals will be 03 (three) years. This Committee shall be equivalent (as per Section 4.10) to the Central Sub-Committee. Apart from the central committee of the portals, divisional committees of each portal can also be formed. The tenure, post-position outline of the Divisional Committees of the Portals will be similar to the Central Committee of the Portals.
Note that in each portal, a member of the National Steering Committee will be responsible as the Director of the respective portal and a member of the National Presidium Council will be responsible as the coordinator of each portal. The respective portal will have the overall supervision (including committee formation) two members in charge of the National Steering Committee and the National Presidium Council with the consent of the President and the General Secretary of the National Steering Committee / Central Executive Committee.
Outline of the 15 (fifteen) member sub-committees under the central executive committee of the online portal / branch is as follows: –
