বিভাগীয় কমিটি, আইইএবি

আইইএবি এর বিভাগীয় পর্যায়ে আলাদাভাবে কোন বিভাগীয় কমিটি থাকবে না। সংশিষ্ট বিভাগের দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত প্রেসিডিয়াম সদস্য এবং সংশিষ্ট বিভাগের দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত কাউন্সিলরগণের সমন্বয়ে বিভাগীয় কমিটি (Divisional Committee) গঠিত হবে। সংশিষ্ট বিভাগের  দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত প্রেসিডিয়াম সদস্য বিভাগীয় কমিটির সভাপতির ভুমিকা পালন করবেন এবং সংশিষ্ট বিভাগের চীফ / প্রধান কাউন্সিলর বিভাগীয় কমিটির সাধারণ সম্পাদকের ভুমিকা পালন করবেন। সংশিষ্ট বিভাগের নির্বাচিত কাউন্সিলরগণ বিভাগীয় কমিটির জাতীয় কাউন্সিলর / কাউন্সিলর / মেম্বার / সদস্য হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবেন। সংশিষ্ট বিভাগের দ্বায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত প্রেসিডিয়াম সদস্য, চীফ / প্রধান কাউন্সিলর এবং অবশিষ্ট কাউন্সিলরগণের সংখ্যার উপর ভিত্তি করে বিভাগীয় কমিটির সংখ্যা নির্ধারিত হবে। প্রতিটি বিভাগের জাতীয় কাউন্সিল (National Council) এর সকল সদস্যকে একত্রে ” বিভাগীয় কাউন্সিল দপ্তর ( Divisional Council Office / Secretariat) “ নামে উপাধিত হবে। বিভাগীয় কমিটির  মেয়াদ হবে ০৩ ( তিন) বৎসর।

বিভাগীয় কমিটির রূপরেখা নিন্মে বর্ণিত হলোঃ–

Divisional Committee, IEAB

IEAB shall have no separate divisional committee at the divisional level. A divisional committee will be formed consisting of presidium members in charge of the concerned division and councilors in charge of the concerned division. The presidium member in charge of the associated division shall act as the President of the divisional committee and The Chief Councilor of the concerned Division shall act as the General Secretary of the Divisional Committee. The elected Councilors of the respective Divisions shall be considered as National Councilor/Councilor/Member of the Divisional Committee. The number of Members of divisional committees will be decided based on the number of Presidium member in charge of the concerned division, Chief Councilor and the remaining councilors of this Division.  All members of the National Council of each division will be collectively known as “Divisional Council Office/Secretariat”. The tenure of the departmental committee will be 03 (three) years.
