আইইএবি এর সাংগঠনিক এক্টিভিটি / কার্যক্রম তোলে ধরতে পাবলিকেশন এন্ড পাবলিসিটি পোর্টাল কাজ করে যাচ্ছে। আইইএবি এর সকল প্রকার সাংগঠনিক কার্যক্রম, প্রশিক্ষণ, গবেষনা, উদ্ভাবন, শিক্ষা, বিজ্ঞান, প্রকৌশল, প্রযুক্তি সহ বিভিন্ন শিক্ষামূলক কার্যক্রম, উদ্যোগ ও পরিকল্পনা কার্যক্রম, অভ্যন্তরীণ এবং আন্তর্জাতিক সম্পর্ক উন্নয়ন, ইঞ্জিনিয়ারদের কর্ম জীবন সমৃদ্ধকরণ, দক্ষতা উন্নয়ন, পূনর্বাসন ও কল্যাণ, উদ্যোক্তা তৈরিকরণ, রক্তদান ও রক্তভান্ডার সমৃদ্ধকরণ সহ সকল প্রকার প্রচার ও প্রকাশনার কাজ এই পোর্টালের মাধ্যমে করা হয় / হচ্ছে। আইইএবি এর একদল সংগঠনপ্রেমী, দক্ষ, বহু-প্রতিভাবান সদস্যগণ পাবলিকেশন এন্ড পাবলিসিটি পোর্টালে স্বেচ্ছাসেবক হিসেবে কাজ করে যাচ্ছে। পাবলিকেশন এন্ড পাবলিসিটি পোর্টাল এর মাধ্যমে ইন্ডাস্ট্রিয়াল ইঞ্জিনিয়ার্স অ্যাসোসিয়েশন অব বাংলাদেশ (আইইএবি) এর লক্ষ্যমাত্রা অর্জনের জন্য সামনের দিকে এগিয়ে যাওয়ার প্রতিটি দিক দিনের পর দিন প্রসারিত হচ্ছে।
ইন্ডাস্ট্রিয়াল ইঞ্জিনিয়ার্স অ্যাসোসিয়েশন অব বাংলাদেশ (আইইএবি) কে জানতে হলে পাবলিকেশন এন্ড পাবলিসিটি পোর্টালকে অনুসরণ করতে হবে কারণ পাবলিকেশন এন্ড পাবলিসিটি পোর্টাল এর মাধ্যমে আইইএবি এর সমগ্র কার্যক্রমের উপর ধারণা অর্জন করা সম্ভব। পাবলিকেশন এন্ড পাবলিসিটি পোর্টাল হলো আইইএবি এর তথ্য প্রবাহের উন্মুক্ত প্রবেশদ্বার।
পাবলিকেশন এন্ড পাবলিসিটি পোর্টাল এর কেন্দ্রীয় কমিটির মেয়াদ হবে ০৩ (তিন) বৎসর। এই কমিটি মর্ষাদা হবে (ধারা ৪.১০ অনুযায়ী) কেন্দ্রীয় উপ-কমিটির সমমান। পাবলিকেশন এন্ড পাবলিসিটি পোর্টাল এর কেন্দ্রীয় কমিটির বাহিরে বিভাগীয় কমিটিও গঠন করা যাবে। পাবলিকেশন এন্ড পাবলিসিটি পোর্টাল এর বিভাগীয় কমিটির মেয়াদ, পদ-পদবী রূপরেখা পাবলিকেশন এন্ড পাবলিসিটি পোর্টাল এর কেন্দ্রীয় কমিটির অনুরূপ হবে। পাবলিকেশন এন্ড পাবলিসিটি পোর্টাল এর কার্যক্রম সুষ্ঠুভাবে পরিচালনা করার স্বার্থে (কেন্দ্রীয় কমিটির বাহিরে) পাবলিকেশন এন্ড পাবলিসিটি পোর্টাল এর কেন্দ্রীয় / বিভাগীয় পোর্টালে সর্বোচ্চ দুইশত আইইএবি এর সদস্যগণ কাজ করতে পারবে । পাবলিকেশন এন্ড পাবলিসিটি পোর্টালে যে সকল সদস্য কাজ করবে, তারা পাবলিকেশন এন্ড পাবলিসিটি পোর্টাল এর কেন্দ্রীয় সদস্য / বিভাগীয় সদস্য হিসেবে পরিচয় দিতে পারবে।
পাবলিকেশন এন্ড পাবলিসিটি পোর্টাল এর বিভাগীয় কমিটিগুলো পাবলিকেশন এন্ড পাবলিসিটি পোর্টাল এর কেন্দ্রীয় কমিটির সরাসরি তত্ত্বাবধানে গঠিত হবে। পাবলিকেশন এন্ড পাবলিসিটি পোর্টাল এর বিভাগীয় কার্যক্রম / বিভাগীয় কমিটির কার্যক্রম সংশিষ্ট বিভাগের বিভাগীয় কমিটি এবং পাবলিকেশন এন্ড পাবলিসিটি পোর্টাল এর কেন্দ্রীয় কমিটির সরাসরি / সার্বিক তত্ত্বাবধানে পরিচালিত হবে।
উল্লেখ্য যে, জাতীয় স্টিয়ারিং কমিটির একজন সদস্য পাবলিকেশন এন্ড পাবলিসিটি পোর্টাল এর পরিচালক (Director) হিসেবে দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত থাকবেন এবং জাতীয় প্রেসিডিয়াম কাউন্সিল এর একজন সদস্য পাবলিকেশন এন্ড পাবলিসিটি পোর্টাল এর কো-অর্ডিনেটর (Co-ordinator) হিসেবে দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত থাকবেন। পাশাপাশি চীফ কাউন্সিলরদের মধ্য থেকে একজন সদস্য পাবলিকেশন এন্ড পাবলিসিটি পোর্টাল এর সহ-কোঅর্ডিনেটর (Co-coordinator) হিসেবে দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত থাকবেন। জাতীয় স্টিয়ারিং কমিটির / কেন্দ্রীয় নির্বাহী কমিটির সভাপতি এবং সাধারণ সম্পাদক এর সম্মিতিতে জাতীয় স্টিয়ারিং কমিটি এবং জাতীয় প্রেসিডিয়াম কাউন্সিল এবং চীফ কাউন্সিলরদের মধ্য থেকে দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত এই তিন জন সদস্য পাবলিকেশন এন্ড পাবলিসিটি পোর্টাল এর কমিটি গঠন সহ সার্বিক তত্ত্বাবধানে থাকবেন।
আইইএবি এর ইতিহাসে পাবলিকেশন এন্ড পাবলিসিটি পোর্টাল এর প্রথম মনোনীত পরিচালক প্রকৌঃ জাহাঙ্গীর আলম তুষার; আইইএবি এর ইতিহাসে পাবলিকেশন এন্ড পাবলিসিটি পোর্টাল এর প্রথম মনোনীত কো-অর্ডিনেটর প্রকৌঃ মোঃ আল আমিন খাঁন সুমন এবং আইইএবি এর ইতিহাসে পাবলিকেশন এন্ড পাবলিসিটি পোর্টাল এর প্রথম মনোনীত সহ-কোঅর্ডিনেটর প্রকৌঃ মোঃ ফকরুদ্দীন আহাম্মেদ রানা।

Publication and Publicity Portal is working to promote IEAB’s organizational activities on social media. All kinds of organizational activities of IEAB, including training, research, innovation, education, science, engineering, technology, various educational activities, initiatives and planning activities, development of internal and international relations, enrichment of working life of engineers, skill development, rehabilitation and welfare, creation of entrepreneurship, Blood Donation and Blood Bank Enrichment and all types of publicity and publication related work is/are being done through this portal. A group of organization-loving, skilled, multi-talented members of IEAB are working as volunteers at the Publication and Publicity Portal. Every aspect of moving forward to achieve the target / goals of Industrial Engineers Association of Bangladesh (IEAB) through Publication and Publicity Portal is expanding day by day.
To know the Industrial Engineers Association of Bangladesh (IEAB) one has to follow the Publication and Publicity Portal because through the Publication and Publicity Portal it is possible to get an idea about the entire activities of the IEAB. The Publication and Publicity Portal is the open gateway to IEAB’s information flow.
The term of the Central Committee of Publication and Publicity Portal will be 03 (three) years. This Committee shall have status (as per Section 4.10) equivalent to the Central Sub-Committee. Apart from the central committee of the Publication and Publicity Portal; Divisional committees can also be formed. The tenure of the Divisional Committee of Publication and Publicity Portal, the position & outline will be similar to that of the Central Committee of Publication and Publicity Portal. In order to run the activities of Publication and Publicity Portal smoothly (outside the Central Committee), maximum two hundred members of IEAB can work in the central / divisional portal of Publication and Publicity Portal. All the members who will work in Publication and Publicity Portal, they can introduce themselves as central member / divisional member of Publication and Publicity Portal.
The Divisional Committees of Publication and Publicity Portal will be formed under the direct supervision of the Central Committee of Publication and Publicity Portal. The divisional activities of the Publication and Publicity Portal will be conducted under the direct / overall supervision of the Divisional Committee of the concerned Division and the Central Committee of the Publication and Publicity Portal.
Note that a member of the National Steering Committee will be responsible as the Director of Publication and Publicity Portal and a member of the National Presidium Council will be responsible as the Coordinator of Publication and Publicity Portal. As well as, one member from among the Chief Councilors will be responsible as the Co-coordinator of Publication and Publicity Portal. In consent of the President and General Secretary of the National Steering Committee / Central Executive Committee, these three responsible members from the National Steering Committee and the National Presidium Council and the chief Councilors will be in overall supervision of Publication and Publicity Portal including committee formation.
Engr. Jahangir Alam Tushar is the first nominated Director of Publication and Publicity Portal in the history of IEAB, Engr. Md. Al Amin Khan Sumon is the first Nominated Coordinator of Publication and Publicity Portal in the history of IEAB and Engr. Md. Fakruddin Ahmed Rana is the first nominated Co-Coordinator of Publication and Publicity Portal in the history of IEAB.
