সোসাল মিডিয়া, প্রিন্ট মিডিয়া, রেডিও / টেলিভিশন মিডিয়াতে আইইএবি এর সাংগঠনিক বিভিন্ন কার্যক্রম, শিক্ষা ও প্রযুক্তি বিষয়ক বিভিন্ন লাইভ প্রোগ্রাম / লিপিভুক্ত (recorded) প্রোগ্রাম এর প্রচার-প্রচারণা মাল্টি-মিডিয়া পোর্টাল সার্বিক তত্ত্বাবধানে / সহযোগীতায় করা হয়।

ইন্ডাস্ট্রিয়াল ইঞ্জিনিয়ার্স অ্যাসোসিয়েশন অব বাংলাদেশ (আইইএবি) এর মাল্টিমিডিয়া পোর্টাল, একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পোর্টাল। এই পোর্টালটি ইন্ডাস্ট্রিয়াল ইঞ্জিনিয়ার্স অ্যাসোসিয়েশন অব বাংলাদেশ ( আইইএবি) কে মিডিয়াতে ধলে ধরার একটি অন্যতম যোগাযোগ মাধ্যম। মাল্টি-মিডিয়া পোর্টাল মাধ্যমে এই অ্যাসোসিয়েশনের বিভিন্ন সাংগঠনিক কার্যক্রম ও উন্নয়নমূলক কর্মসূচি মিডিয়াতে তোলে ধরা হয় / হচ্ছে। প্রাইভেট /বেসরকারী / শিল্প প্রতিষ্ঠানে কর্মরত প্রকৌশলীদের গুণগত মান উন্নয়ন ও অধিকার আদায় সংক্রান্ত যাবতীয় বিষয়বস্তু উপস্থাপনের মাধ্যম হিসেবে মাল্টি-মিডিয়া পোর্টাল কাজ করে যাচ্ছে। প্রধানত, মাল্টিমিডিয়া পোর্টাল এই অ্যাসোসিয়েশনের উন্নয়ন কর্মকাণ্ড এবং লক্ষ্য-উদ্দেশ্য বাস্তবায়নের  প্রতিফলক হিসেবে কাজ করে যাচ্ছে। মাল্টিমিডিয়া পোর্টালের মাধ্যমে বিভিন্ন মিডিয়া যেমন ফেসবুক গ্রুপ, ফেসবুক পেইজ,  মেসেঞ্জার গ্রুপ, ইউটিউব চ্যানেল, ইন্টাগ্রাম, টুইটার, লিংকডইন এবং অনলাইন সংবাদপত্র ইত্যাদির মাধ্যমে আইইএবি এর কার্যক্রম যথার্থভাবে উপস্থাপন করা হচ্ছে।

মাল্টিমিডিয়া পোর্টাল আইইএবি এর অন্যান্য পোর্টালের পক্ষেও কাজ করে থাকে, সেসব পের্টালের কার্যক্রম যথার্থভাবে প্রকৌশলীদের মাঝে উপস্থাপন করার জন্য। মাল্টিমিডিয়া পোর্টাল আইইএবি এর বিভিন্ন লাইভ অনুষ্ঠানের আয়োজন করে সদস্যদের সাথে সরাসরি অংশগ্রহণমূলক অনুষ্ঠান পরিচালনা করে। ইন্ডাস্ট্রিয়াল ইঞ্জিনিয়ার্স অ্যাসোসিয়েশন অব বাংলাদেশ (আইইএবি) এর  বিভিন্ন সাংগঠনিক প্রোগামের বা সাংগঠনিক কার্যক্রমের মিডিয়া পার্টনার হিসেবে কাজ করে। এই অ্যাসোসিয়েশনের একদল দক্ষ, বহু-প্রতিভাবান সদস্যগণ এই পোর্টালে স্বেচ্ছাসেবক হিসেবে কাজ করে যাচ্ছে। যার মাধ্যমে ইন্ডাস্ট্রিয়াল ইঞ্জিনিয়ার্স অ্যাসোসিয়েশন অব বাংলাদেশ এর অগ্রগতির প্রতিটি দিক সম্প্রসারিত হচ্ছে। মোট কথা, মিডিয়ার সমস্ত কাজ এই পোর্টালের সহযোগীতায় করা হবে।

মাল্টিমিডিয়া পোর্টাল এর কেন্দ্রীয় কমিটির মেয়াদ হবে ০৩ (তিন) বৎসর। এই কমিটি মর্যাদা হবে (ধারা ৪.১০ অনুযায়ী) কেন্দ্রীয় উপ-কমিটির সমমান। মাল্টিমিডিয়া পোর্টাল এর কেন্দ্রীয় কমিটির বাহিরে বিভাগীয় কমিটিও গঠন করা যাবে। মাল্টিমিডিয়া পোর্টাল এর বিভাগীয় কমিটির মেয়াদ, পদ-পদবী রূপরেখা মাল্টিমিডিয়া পোর্টাল এর কেন্দ্রীয় কমিটির অনুরূপ হবে। মাল্টিমিডিয়া পোর্টাল এর কার্যক্রম সুষ্ঠুভাবে পরিচালনা করার স্বার্থে (কেন্দ্রীয় কমিটির বাহিরে) মাল্টিমিডিয়া পোর্টাল এর কেন্দ্রীয় / বিভাগীয় পোর্টালে সর্বোচ্চ দুইশত আইইএবি এর সদস্য কাজ করতে পারবে । মাল্টিমিডিয়া পোর্টালে যে সকল সদস্যগণ কাজ করবে, তারা মাল্টিমিডিয়া পোর্টাল  এর কেন্দ্রীয় সদস্য / বিভাগীয় সদস্য হিসেবে পরিচয় দিতে পারবে।

মাল্টিমিডিয়া পোর্টাল এর বিভাগীয় কমিটিগুলো মাল্টিমিডিয়া পোর্টাল এর কেন্দ্রীয় কমিটির সরাসরি তত্ত্বাবধানে গঠিত হবে। মাল্টিমিডিয়া পোর্টাল  এর বিভাগীয় কার্যক্রম / বিভাগীয় কমিটির কার্যক্রম সংশিষ্ট বিভাগের বিভাগীয় কমিটি এবং মাল্টিমিডিয়া পোর্টাল এর কেন্দ্রীয় কমিটির সরাসরি / সার্বিক তত্ত্বাবধানে পরিচালিত হবে।

উল্লেখ্য যে, জাতীয় স্টিয়ারিং কমিটির একজন সদস্য মাল্টিমিডিয়া পোর্টাল  এর পরিচালক (Director) হিসেবে দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত থাকবেন এবং জাতীয় প্রেসিডিয়াম কাউন্সিল এর একজন সদস্য মাল্টিমিডিয়া পোর্টাল এর কো-অর্ডিনেটর (Co-ordinator) হিসেবে দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত থাকবেন। পাশাপাশি চীফ কাউন্সিলরদের মধ্য থেকে একজন মাল্টিমিডিয়া পোর্টাল এর সহ-কোঅর্ডিনেটর (Co-coordinator) হিসেবে দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত থাকবেন। জাতীয় স্টিয়ারিং কমিটির / কেন্দ্রীয় নির্বাহী কমিটির সভাপতি এবং সাধারণ সম্পাদক এর সম্মিতিতে জাতীয় স্টিয়ারিং কমিটি এবং জাতীয় প্রেসিডিয়াম কাউন্সিল এবং চীফ কাউন্সিলরদের মধ্য থেকে দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত এই তিন জন সদস্য মাল্টিমিডিয়া পোর্টাল  এর কমিটি গঠন সহ সার্বিক তত্ত্বাবধানে থাকবেন।

আইইএবি এর ইতিহাসে মাল্টিমিডিয়া পোর্টাল এর প্রথম মনোনীত পরিচালক প্রকৌঃ মুহাম্মদ মশিউর রহমান; আইইএবি এর ইতিহাসে মাল্টিমিডিয়া পোর্টাল এর প্রথম মনোনীত কো-অর্ডিনেটর প্রকৌঃ সামসুল আলামিন রিয়েল এবং আইইএবি এর ইতিহাসে মাল্টিমিডিয়া পোর্টাল এর প্রথম মনোনীত সহ-কোঅর্ডিনেটর প্রকৌঃ মোঃ মোজ্জামেল হক।

Multi-Media Portal, IEAB

IEAB’s various organizational activities, various live programs/recorded programs on education and technology are promoted in social media, print media, radio / television media under the overall supervision / assistance of the multi-media portal.

The multimedia portal of Industrial Engineers Association of Bangladesh (IEAB) is an important portal. This portal is one of the media outlets for Industrial Engineers Association of Bangladesh (IEAB). Various organizational activities and developmental programs of this association are/are being promoted in media through multi-media portal. The multi-media portal is working as a means of presenting all the content related to quality improvement and rights realization of engineers working in private / non-governmental / industrial establishments. Mainly, the multimedia portal serves as a reflection of the association’s development activities and implementation of objectives. The activities of IEAB are being properly represented through multimedia portals through various media such as Facebook group, Facebook page, Messenger group, YouTube channel, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and online newspapers etc.

The multimedia portal also works on behalf of other portals of IEAB, to accurately represent the activities of those portals to the engineers. The multimedia portal conducts direct participatory events with members by organizing various live programs of IEAB. Multimedia Portal serves as media partner for various organizational programs or organizational activities of Industrial Engineers Association of Bangladesh (IEAB). A group of skilled, multi-talented members of this association work as volunteers on this portal. Through which every aspect of progress of Industrial Engineers Association of Bangladesh is being expanded. In short, all media work will be done in collaboration with this portal.

The term of the Central Committee of Multimedia Portal will be 03 (three) years. This Committee shall have status (as per Section 4.10) equivalent to the Central Sub-Committee. Apart from the central committee of the Multimedia Portal; Divisional committees can also be formed. The tenure of the Divisional Committee of Multimedia portal, the position & outline will be similar to that of the Central Committee of Multimedia Portal. In order to run the activities of Multimedia Portal smoothly (outside the Central Committee), maximum two hundred members of IEAB can work in the central / divisional portal of Multimedia Portal. All the members who will work in Multimedia Portal, they can introduce themselves as central member / divisional member of Multimedia Portal.

The Divisional Committees of Multimedia Portal will be formed under the direct supervision of the Central Committee of Multimedia Portal. The divisional activities of the Multimedia Portal will be conducted under the direct / overall supervision of the Divisional Committee of the concerned Division and the Central Committee of the Multimedia Portal.

Note that a member of the National Steering Committee will be responsible as the Director of Multimedia Portal and a member of the National Presidium Council will be responsible as the Coordinator of Multimedia Portal. As well as, one member from among the Chief Councilors will be responsible as the Co-coordinator of Multimedia Portal. In consent of the President and General Secretary of the National Steering Committee / Central Executive Committee, these three responsible members from the National Steering Committee and the National Presidium Council and the chief Councilors will be in overall supervision of Multimedia Portal including committee formation.

Engr. Muhammad Moshiur Rahman is the first nominated Director of Multimedia Portal in the history of IEAB, Engr. Md. Samsul Alamin Real is the first Nominated Coordinator of Multimedia Portal in the history of IEAB and Engr. Md. Mojammel Huq is the first nominated Co-Coordinator of Multimedia Portal in the history of IEAB.
