Recovery of Membership

1. If you renew your membership (in the case of sub-section 3.5.1 according to the Constitution).
2. There will be an opportunity to appeal in case of sub-sections 3.5.3, 3.5.4, 3.5.6, 3.5.7, and 3.5.8 as per the constitution. Membership may be reinstated if not convicted under said subsection and appeal is accepted.

 

সদস্যপদ পূনঃলাভ

১। সদস্যতা নবায়ন করলে (গঠনতন্ত্র অনুযায়ী উপধারা ৩.৫.১ ক্ষেত্রে ) ।

২। গঠনতন্ত্র অনুযায়ী উপধারা ৩.৫.৩,৩.৫.৪,৩.৫.৬,৩.৫.৭, এবং ৩.৫.৮ এর ক্ষেত্রে আপিল করার সুযোগ থাকবে। উল্লেখিত উপধারায় দোষী সাব্যস্ত না হলে এবং আপিল গৃহীত হলে সদস্যপদ পূনঃলাভ করা যাবে।
