Membership Canceled

Membership of IEAB may be terminated for the following reasons: –

1. On expiry of last month of subscription/ membership period.

2. Failure to renew membership.

3. Involvement in anti-constitutional and anti-state activities of the organization will result in cancellation of membership by decision of the Executive Committee.

4. Harmful / Adverse to the Organization; If you do that.

5. In case of death or resignation of any member.

6. If convicted / found guilty under the prevailing criminal law by a court.

7. If a member is declared mentally ill or unsound.

8. Disobeying the decisions or orders of the National Steering Committee, National Presidium Council, Central Executive Committee and National Council, IEAB.

সদস্য পদ বাতিল (Membership Canceled)

নিম্নলিখিত কারণে আইইএবি এর সদসপদ বাতিল হতে পারেঃ-

১। সদস্যতার চাঁদা পরিশোধের শেষ মাস/ সদস্যতার সময়কাল বা মেয়াদ উত্তীর্ণ

হলে।

২। সদস্যতা নবায়ন না করলে।

৩। সংগঠন / সংগঠনের গঠন্তন্ত্র বিরোধী এবং রাষ্ট্র বিরোধী কার্যকলাপের সাথে

জড়িত হলে নির্বাহী কমিটির সিদ্ধান্তক্রমে সদস্যপদ বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে।

৪। সংগঠনের জন্য ক্ষতিকর / অমঙ্গলজনক; এমন কাজ করলে।

৫। কোন সদস্যের মৃত্যু হলে ও পদত্যাগ করলে।

৬। আদালত কর্তৃক প্রচলিত ফৌজদারী আইনে দণ্ডপ্রাপ্ত হলে / দোষী সাবস্ত হলে।

৭। মানসিকভাবে কোন সদস্য অসুস্থ বা অপ্রকৃতিস্থ ঘোষিত হলে।

৮। জাতীয় স্টিয়ারিং কমিটি, জাতীয় প্রেসিডিয়াম কাউন্সিল, কেন্দ্রীয় নির্বাহী কমিটি

এবং জাতীয় কাউন্সিল এর গৃহিত সিদ্ধান্ত বা আদেশ অমান্য করলে।
