আইইএবি এর এক্টিভিটি / কার্যক্রম দেশের অভ্যন্তরে এবং আন্তর্জাতিক পরিমণ্ডলে সম্পৃক্ত করতে / পরিচিত করে তোলতে; দেশের অভ্যন্তরে সরকারী ও বেসরকারী প্রতিষ্ঠানের বিভিন্ন প্রতিনিধি ও দেশের বাহিরের বিভিন্ন দেশের প্রতিনিধি এবং দেশ ও দেশের বাহিরের ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং প্রতিষ্ঠান / ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং গবেষণাগার/ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় / ইন্ডাস্ট্রিয়াল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং সংগঠন সহ সকল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং সংগঠনের সাথে লিঁয়াজো / Collaboration করে সম্পর্ক স্থাপন করে দ্বিপাক্ষীয়ভাবে কাজ করতে এই পোর্টাল কাজ করে যাচ্ছে।
আইইএবি এর প্রকৌশলী / সদস্যদের মাঝে আধুনিক তথ্য-প্রযুক্তি; বিজ্ঞান, প্রকৌশল ও প্রযুক্তি বিষয়ে জ্ঞান শেয়ার করে প্রকৌশলীদের স্কীল ডেভেলপ করতে এবং বহির্বিশ্বে আইইএবি এর সদস্যদের চাকুরী / ক্যারিয়ার গঠনের সুযোগ করে দিতে; বহির্বিশ্বের বিভিন্ন দেশের ইন্ডাস্ট্রিয়াল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং সংস্থা / প্রতিষ্ঠান / সংগঠন / শিল্প প্রতিষ্ঠানের সাথে আন্তর্জাতিক সম্পর্ক স্থাপন করে ও দ্বিপক্ষীয় / ত্রিপক্ষীয় / চতুর্দেশীয় চুক্তি করে আইইএবি সমঝোতার মাধ্যমে কাজ করে যাচ্ছে। এই বিষয়ে আইইএবি এর কেন্দ্রীয় নির্বাহী কমিটি ইন্টার্নাল এন্ড ইন্টারন্যাশনাল রিলেশনশীপ অ্যাফেয়ার্স পোর্টাল এর সদস্যদের মতামতের / প্রস্তাবনার মাধ্যমে একটি প্রয়োজনীয় নীতিমালা চূড়ান্ত করেছে। এই নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী / নীতিমালার ভিত্তিতে বহির্বিশ্বের সাথে আইইএবি দ্বিপক্ষীয় / ত্রিপক্ষীয় / চতুর্দেশীয় কার্যক্রম কলাবোরেশন (Collaboration) এর মাধ্যমে অব্যাহৃত আছে এবং থাকবে। অভ্যন্তরীণ এবং আন্তর্জাতিক সম্পর্ক বিষয়ক সংক্রান্ত সকল কাজ “ইন্টারন্যাশনাল অ্যাফেয়ার্স পোর্টাল, আইইএবি” এর মাধ্যমে সরাসরি কেন্দ্রীয় নির্বাহী কমিটি সার্বিক তত্ত্বাবধানে পরিচালিত হচ্ছে।
ইন্টার্নাল এন্ড ইন্টারন্যাশনাল রিলেশনশীপ অ্যাফেয়ার্স পোর্টাল এর কেন্দ্রীয় কমিটির মেয়াদ হবে ০৩ (তিন) বৎসর। এই কমিটি মর্যাদা হবে (ধারা ৪.১০ অনুযায়ী) কেন্দ্রীয় উপ-কমিটির ইন্টার্নাল এন্ড ইন্টারন্যাশনাল রিলেশনশীপ অ্যাফেয়ার্স পোর্টাল এর কেন্দ্রীয় কমিটির বাহিরে বিভাগীয় কমিটিও গঠন করা যাবে। ইন্টার্নাল এন্ড ইন্টারন্যাশনাল রিলেশনশীপ অ্যাফেয়ার্স পোর্টাল এর বিভাগীয় কমিটির মেয়াদ, পদ-পদবী রূপরেখা মনিটরিং এন্ড ইভালুয়েশন পোর্টাল এর কেন্দ্রীয় কমিটির অনুরূপ হবে। ইন্টার্নাল এন্ড ইন্টারন্যাশনাল রিলেশনশীপ অ্যাফেয়ার্স পোর্টাল কার্যক্রম সুষ্ঠুভাবে পরিচালনা কারার স্বার্থে (কেন্দ্রীয় কমিটির বাহিরে) ইন্টার্নাল এন্ড ইন্টারন্যাশনাল রিলেশনশীপ অ্যাফেয়ার্স পোর্টাল এর কেন্দ্রীয় / বিভাগীয় পোর্টালে সর্বোচ্চ দুইশত আইইএবি এর সদস্য কাজ করতে পারবে । মনিটরিং এন্ড ইভালুয়েশন পোর্টালে যে সকল সদস্য কাজ করবে, তারা ইন্টার্নাল এন্ড ইন্টারন্যাশনাল রিলেশনশীপ অ্যাফেয়ার্স পোর্টাল এর কেন্দ্রীয় সদস্য / বিভাগীয় সদস্য হিসেবে পরিচয় দিতে পারবে। উল্লেখ্য যে, ইন্টার্নাল এন্ড ইন্টারন্যাশনাল রিলেশনশীপ অ্যাফেয়ার্স পোর্টাল এর বিভাগীয় কমিটিগুলোর সদস্যগণ /সাধারণ সদস্যগণ শুধুমাত্র দেশের অভ্যন্তরীণ বিষয়গুলো নিয়ে কাজ করবে এবং ইন্টার্নাল এন্ড ইন্টারন্যাশনাল রিলেশনশীপ অ্যাফেয়ার্স পোর্টাল এর কেন্দ্রীয় কমিটির সদস্যগণ / সাধারণ সদস্যগণ দেশের অভ্যন্তরীণ ও আন্তর্জাতিক উভয় বিষয়গুলো নিয়ে কাজ করবে।
ইন্টার্নাল এন্ড ইন্টারন্যাশনাল রিলেশনশীপ অ্যাফেয়ার্স পোর্টাল এর বিভাগীয় কমিটিগুলো ইন্টার্নাল এন্ড ইন্টারন্যাশনাল রিলেশনশীপ অ্যাফেয়ার্স পোর্টাল এর কেন্দ্রীয় কমিটির সরাসরি তত্ত্বাবধানে গঠিত হবে। ইন্টার্নাল এন্ড ইন্টারন্যাশনাল রিলেশনশীপ অ্যাফেয়ার্স পোর্টালএর বিভাগীয় কার্যক্রম / বিভাগীয় কমিটির কার্যক্রম সংশিষ্ট বিভাগের বিভাগীয় কমিটি এবং ইন্টার্নাল এন্ড ইন্টারন্যাশনাল রিলেশনশীপ অ্যাফেয়ার্স পোর্টালএর কেন্দ্রীয় কমিটির সরাসরি / সার্বিক তত্ত্বাবধানে পরিচালিত হবে।
উল্লেখ্য যে, জাতীয় স্টিয়ারিং কমিটির একজন সদস্য ইন্টার্নাল এন্ড ইন্টারন্যাশনাল রিলেশনশীপ অ্যাফেয়ার্স পোর্টাল এর পরিচালক (Director) হিসেবে দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত থাকবেন এবং জাতীয় প্রেসিডিয়াম কাউন্সিল এর একজন সদস্য ইন্টার্নাল এন্ড ইন্টারন্যাশনাল রিলেশনশীপ অ্যাফেয়ার্স পোর্টালএর কো-অর্ডিনেটর (Co-ordinator) হিসেবে দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত থাকবেন। পাশাপাশি চীফ কাউন্সিলরদের মধ্য থেকে একজন সদস্য ইন্টার্নাল এন্ড ইন্টারন্যাশনাল রিলেশনশীপ অ্যাফেয়ার্স পোর্টাল এর সহ-কোঅর্ডিনেটর (Co-coordinator) হিসেবে দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত থাকবেন। জাতীয় স্টিয়ারিং কমিটির / কেন্দ্রীয় নির্বাহী কমিটির সভাপতি এবং সাধারণ সম্পাদক এর সম্মিতিতে জাতীয় স্টিয়ারিং কমিটি এবং জাতীয় প্রেসিডিয়াম কাউন্সিল এবং চীফ কাউন্সিলরদের মধ্য থেকে দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত এই তিন জন সদস্য ইন্টার্নাল এন্ড ইন্টারন্যাশনাল রিলেশনশীপ অ্যাফেয়ার্স পোর্টালএর কমিটি গঠন সহ সার্বিক তত্ত্বাবধানে থাকবেন।

Internal and International Relationship Affairs Portal, IEAB
To promote and make known the activities of IEAB within the country and international arena, this portal is tirelessly working to work bilaterally by establishing relations with representatives of Various public and private institutions within the country and representatives of various institutions / organization outside of the country and all engineering organizations including engineering institutions / engineering laboratories / universities / industrial engineering organizations of the country and outside of the country through collaboration / Liaison.
To develop the skills of engineers by sharing knowledge on modern information technology, science, engineering and technology among the engineers / members of IEAB and to provide job / career opportunities for the members of IEAB in the outside world; IEAB is working through agreements by establishing international relations with industrial engineering organizations / institutions / organizations / industrial organizations of different countries and making bilateral / tripartite / quadripartite agreements. In this regard, the Central Executive Committee of IEAB has finalized a necessary policy through the opinions/recommendations of the members of the Internal and International Relations Affairs Portal. IEAB has and will continue to engage with the outside world through bilateral/trilateral/quadrilateral activities as per this Policy / Based on the Policy. All work related to internal and international relations is being conducted directly under the overall supervision of the Central Executive Committee through “International Affairs Portal, IEAB”.
The term of the Central Committee of Internal and International Relationship Affairs Portal will be 03 (three) years. This Committee shall have status (as per Section 4.10) equivalent to the Central Sub-Committee. Apart from the central committee of the Internal and International Relationship Affairs Portal; Divisional committees can also be formed. The tenure of the Divisional Committee of Internal and International Relationship Affairs Portal the position & outline will be similar to that of the Central Committee of Internal and International Relationship Affairs Portal. In order to run the activities of Internal and International Relationship Affairs Portal smoothly (outside the Central Committee), maximum two hundred members of IEAB can work in the central / divisional portal of Internal and International Relationship Affairs Portal. All the members who will work in Internal and International Relationship Affairs Portal, they can introduce themselves as central member / divisional member of Internal and International Relationship Affairs Portal. It may be noted that the members of divisional committees / general members of the Internal and International Relationship Affairs Portal will work only on the internal affairs of the country and the members of the central committee / general members of the Internal and International Relationship Affairs Portal will work on both the internal affairs of the country and international affairs of the world.
The Divisional Committees of Internal and International Relationship Affairs Portal will be formed under the direct supervision of the Central Committee of Internal and International Relationship Affairs Portal. The divisional activities of the Internal and International Relationship Affairs Portal will be conducted under the direct / overall supervision of the Divisional Committee of the concerned Division and the Central Committee of the Internal and International Relationship Affairs Portal.
Note that a member of the National Steering Committee will be responsible as the Director of Internal and International Relationship Affairs Portal and a member of the National Presidium Council will be responsible as the Coordinator of Internal and International Relationship Affairs Portal. As well as, one member from among the Chief Councilors will be responsible as the Co-coordinator of Internal and International Relationship Affairs Portal. In consent of the President and General Secretary of the National Steering Committee / Central Executive Committee, these three responsible members from the National Steering Committee and the National Presidium Council and the chief Councilors will be in overall supervision of Internal and International Relationship Affairs Portal including committee formation.
Engr. Jahangir Alam Tushar is the first nominated Director of Internal and International Relationship Affairs Portal in the history of IEAB, Engr. Md. Raihanul Islam is the first Nominated Coordinator of Internal and International Relationship Affairs Portal in the history of IEAB and Engr. Md. Kamruzzaman Lavlu is the first nominated Co-Coordinator of Internal and International Relationship Affairs Portal in the history of IEAB.
